Once more to the Palais Des Jeus on the Island of Manly Men for our annual Warhammer weekender.
We decided on a threeway Orc and Goblin bash - The Old World rules, Triumph and Treachery version. I took All Orcs All the Time, Kenton took All (Night) Goblins and Stephen took a Nomadic Waaagh list.
First game was all bout being closest to the Idol.
Its getting on for a month or so since we played, so y memories have grown old and dim.
My Mighty Waaagh Gruzzkupp was in one corner
The Nomadic Waaagh Ginganutz was is another
The Itchy Nakkaz tribe had unwisely opted to deploy as the filling for an Orc sandwich.
They did have plenty of red boingy stuff though.
Impressive work from Gruzzkupp
Red stuff was soon flying about
Unperturbed the Nomads revved up their Porcine transport.
As the Gruzzkupp Black Orcs looked on.
Soon the Nomads and Red Bouncy things were fighting.
Pig versus enormous space hopper with teeth - the classic match up.
Warboss Ginganutz mounted on an angry yellow flying lizard pushed up towards the Idol.
As Gruzzkupp and his ladz looked on.
The Gruzkupp Boarladz smashed home.
As Ginganutz's boys did the same
Ginganutz had wisely saved some chariots to deal with the Squig herds.
As his boarboys rampaged on.
Crushing puny Night Goblins.
Another chariot whacked into the Black Orcs of Waaagh! Gruzzkupp
Finally Ginganutz swooped down to deal with the Gruzzkupp chariots.
After five turns of hardcore Greenskin on Greenskin Action Waaagh Ginganutz had an unassailable lead, Da Itchy Nakkaz were all dead and Gruzzkupp had come second.
Some bonus phone pictures.
Great fun game that looked really splendind with loads of classic (and some more recent) GW figures on the table.
