Here are the finished walls for my WW2 games.
They were undercoated then sprayed with some textured spray (I was going to use ready mixed filler and chinchilla sand but then spotted the spray for six quid and thought I'd give it a go).
After that it was grey emulsion drybrushed with successively lighter shades before basing.
Just the right height for a Tommy to take pot shots.
And they push together to make a nice enclosure.
The gate was made from coffee stirrers split in half.
I've already started on a few shorter lengths and some more gate sections - should end up with about 8ft in total.
Already thinking I need some in lighter shades for my Peninsular Napoleonics and my NWF.
