I liked the detail and look of this one - so I took lots of pictures.

Not really my period, but the whole thing looked great.

Shame about the Coke can,  Mr. James Morris would have had us horsewhipped for such an infraction.

Midgard: Battle of Five Armies at Partizan - Part Two

And so the game began, and I began talking to people and occasionally stopping to take pictures and eat cookies.

The fighting began with the elves trying to drive back the Orc hordes.

But there wee a *lot* of them.

Men and Dwarfs were likewise pushing back on the other flank

Somewhere amidst all this Thorin led out his small force. 

But met an early end himself.

So Bolg headed off in search of elf instead.

However help was at hand.
